摘  要:目的 研究非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3基因蛋白的表达和意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP方法检测 6 4例NSCLC中p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3蛋白的表达。结果 p16、CyclinD1及nm2 3在NSCLC中的表达率分别为 42 2 %、6 5 6 %、5 3 1% ;p16蛋白阳性表达率与NSCLC的分化程度和患者术后生存期呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16、nm2 3蛋白阳性表达率与NSCLC淋巴结转移率呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16、CyclinD1、nm2 3三重异常表达与NSCLC患者术后生存期明显相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 p16、CyclinD1及nm2Objective To study the significance of p16, Cyclin D1 and nm23 gene protein expression in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Expression of p16,Cyclin D1 and nm23 protein in 64 cases of NSCLC were detected using immunohistochemical S P method. Results The positive rates of p16, cyclin D1 and nm23 protein in NSCLC were 42 2%, 65 6% and 53 1% respectively; The expression were not correlated with histological type, but the expression of p16 protein was related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and prognosis ( P <0 05); the expression of nm23 protein was related to lymph node metastasis ( P <0 05); prognosis of the patients was poor as the three proteins were all aberranty expressed . Conclusion Aberrant expression of the three gene proteins may be taken an effective parameter to evaluate and predict the prognosis of NSCLC.
