摘　　要：目的通过分析肌电图检测患者的心理状态,探讨进行有效心理调适措施。方法将120例需进行肌电图检测患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规方法检测,观察组患者除常规检测外,还针对患者不同心理状态进行相应的心理调适。比较两组患者完成检测情况。结果观察组绝大多数患者心理状态稳定,能配合检测,只有1例不合作。明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论针对肌电图检测患者的心理状态,采取一系列调适措施,使患者能够积极配合检测,缩短了检测时间,提高了检测的成功率。OBJECTIVE To explore and find some effective psychological adjustment measures by the way of analyzing the pa- tients＇ mental states who undergo the electromyography detection. METHODS 120 cases of electromyography detection patients were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group. The patients in the control group were tested by EMG detection in a routine way, while the patients in the observational group, in addition to the routine way, were taken psychologi- cal adjustment tests according to different mental states. Compared the results of the patients＇ EMG detection in the two groups. RESULTS The majority of the patients in the observational group showed stable mental state, and they can cooperate with the EMG detection process except one, significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION A series of adjust- ment measures can be adopted in view of patients＇ psychological states, and the patients can actively cooperate with the detec- tion, the time of inspection can be shortened, the success rate of the detection can be improved.
