摘　　要：奥巴马政府首任期内的教师教育政策主要包含三个方面:一是关注教师培养的质量,通过增值性评价手段强化教师教育机构的绩效责任;二是大力推动教师培养模式的创新,支持通过驻校教师培养模式为教育薄弱地区提供高质量师资队伍;三是改革师范生资助方式,吸引和鼓励热爱教师职业的师范生进入高质量教师培养项目。奥巴马政府首任期内的教师教育政策进一步强化了联邦政府对教师教育的干预,影响了美国教师教育认证制度的改革方向。Abstract：Obama administration prompted three directions in its teacher education policies： first, enhancing the accountability system of teacher education programs in order to guarantee teacher preparation quality. Second, promoting the policy innovation in teacher preparation models by supporting and sponsoring residential teacher e- ducation partnerships. Third, the policy reformed the TEACH grants to attract potential teacher candidates to ap- ply for high-qualified teacher education programs. Obama＇s teacher education policies transformed the federal role in teacher education and affected the future directions of teacher education in the United States.
