摘 要:以某矿用自卸车为研究对象,运用ADAMS/Car建立包括轮胎、前后悬架、驾驶室、车厢、车架、发动机和转向系等子系统的矿用自卸车仿真模型,探讨了整车多体动力学建模主要参数的获取方法。根据国标建立了B级和H级路面,在同一路面同一车速下,比较了空载和满载时驾驶室座椅处地板的垂向加速度均方根值,分析了实际工况下载重与路面等级对自卸车平顺性的影响,为自卸车平顺性的研究提供了参考。ADAMS/Car was applied to build the simulation model of a mining dump truck that included subsystems such as tires, front and rear suspension, cabin, trunk, frame, engine, trunk and steering system, and the method of acquiring main parameters of multi-body dynamic modeling was discussed. According to national standard, class B and class H road surface were established, and RMS of vertical acceleration at the floor under the cabin seat in no-load and full-load mode at the same road surface and the same truck velocity were compared. In addition, influences of loading and road surface class on ride comfort of the mining dump truck in actual operation mode were analyzed. The study offered references for studying the ride comfort of the mining dump truck.
