摘  要:为提高统一潮流控制器(UPFC)控制系统动、静态响应品质,针对UPFC非线性控制系统,给出了一种基于目标全息反馈的控制设计方法。运用目标全息反馈控制设计方法,首先,选取原UPFC控制系统中的控制目标为目标状态量,建立目标状态量动态方程,将原系统控制目标变换到线性空间;然后,对线性空间求取线性最优反馈控制规律,从而使控制目标在性能指标中得到充分约束,使所推导的控制规律包含全部控制目标的反馈信息;最后,将所求取的线性反馈控制规律反解到原非线性系统,以此完成UPFC目标全息反馈控制设计。仿真结果表明,运用目标全息反馈所设计的UPFC控制系统能够很好地跟踪各控制目标,有效解决接入点电压静态偏移的问题,控制系统动、静态品质优越,有效改善了电力系统的暂态稳定性。For improving the control performance of the Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC), a control design method based on the Nonlinear Control method with Objective Holographic Feedbacks (NCOHF) is proposed for the UPFC control system. Applying the design scheme, we select the control objects of the original UPFC system as the object state quantity, and establish a dynamic equation for it, transforming the control targets of UPFC into the linear space. Then, the linear feedback control law is obtained, which allows control targets to be fully restrained by the performance index, and makes the control law contain the feedback information of all control targets. After that, a better controller of UPFC is derived through the control theory of NCOHF and linear optimal feedback control law. Simulation results show that the UPFC control system based on the NCOHF can track control targets well, and solve the issue of access point voltage static shift effectively. It manifests that there is perfect harmony between the dynamic and the static performances of the UPFC, and it can effectively improve the transient stability of power system.
