摘　　要：通过文献调研,收集了国内外有关食品安全监管模式的期刊论文、法律条文等资料,综述了国外有关食品质量安全监管的理论观点和发展模式以及国内学者提出的食品质量安全监管模式,提出了食品安全监管模式的研究方向。Through literature survey, internet survey, collection of journal papers about domestic and foreign food safety supervision mode, legal provisions and other information, the author reviewed the relevant foreign food quality and safety supervision theory viewpoints and development styles as well as the food quality and safety supervision mode domestic scholars proposed, and put forward the research direction of food safety regulation mode.
