摘　　要：校企合作指导本科生毕业论文(设计)的人才培养模式,对于师范类院校是一个较新课题。文章介绍了校企合作的可行性、研究内容和取得的效果,实践证明,校企合作,双方人力、资源共享,是一条提高教学质量和办学效益,促进产学研合作深入开展的可行之路。The talent cultivation mode of the graduation thesis guidance by enterPrises-universities cooperation was an new subject for normal colleges. This paper introduces the feasibility, the research contents and the results reached of the mode. The practice shows that enterPrises-universities cooperation can realizes the human and resources sharing, which is an effective approach in improving teaching quality and school running efficiency, to promote the enterprises-universities-researches cooperation.
