摘　　要：在篮球选项课教学中采用双师教学、分层递进模式进行教学研究,从"教"与"学"两个方面去解决教学过程中的一些实际问题,以期达到教学过程的最优化。从而进一步发展学生对篮球运动的兴趣和爱好,树立终身体育思想。This paper is to assess the stratified teaching mode of basketball optional lessons carried out by dual-qualified teachers in our college.Based on analyzing the existing problems from teaching and learning, this paper tries to optimize the basketball optional lessons,cultivate the student interest,and establish the foundation for lifelong sports.
