摘 要:目的:了解郴州市高校在校大学生的饮食行为现状,分析其产生的原因和影响因素,为进一步开展健康饮食提供参考依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法,共调查559名大学生的饮食行为现状及其影响因素。结果:只有50.8%的学生能每天吃早餐,女生(56.3%)显著高于男生(43.1%)(P<0.01)。不吃早餐的学生中52.0%(143/275)的是因为睡懒觉。早餐只食用1~2类食物的比例高达92%。60.6%的学生很少喝牛奶。结论:大学生的早餐种类单调、结构不合理,早餐质量普遍不高。学校应采取措施改变大学生的饮食行为,以提高大学生的营养健康水平。Objective:To understand the stats of the eating behavior of college students in Chenzhou City. To analyze its causes and related factors. So as to provide a reference for flrther development of health promotion. Methods:Their eating behavior and related lhctors of 559 college students sampled by stratified random cluster sampling method were investigated by questionnaire. Results The ratio of eating breakfast of the gills (56.3%)was sig,fificantly higher than that of boys (43.1%)(P〈0.01). 52.0%(143/ 275)of the students who didn't eat bl^akfast were being get up too late. 92% of students eating 1-2 kinds of food or breakfast. 60.6% students rarely drink milk. Conclusion :The types of College students' breakfast structure were monotonous and irrational. The quality of breakfast is generally not high. Schools should take measures to change the behavior of college students' nutrition, in order to improve the level of nutrition and health of college students.
