摘 要:急性肝衰竭是严重危害人类健康的一种疾病,病死率很高。以往对急性肝衰竭的研究着重在免疫介导的肝损伤或药物引起的肝细胞坏死方面。本文以肝脏的氧化应激损伤为重点,以细胞抗氧化应激的重要分子APE/Ref-1为中心,强调氧化应激损伤在肝脏"二次打击"中的重要性。指出急性肝衰竭的机制复杂,可能存在多种衰竭途径,氧化应激有可能是肝脏二次打击的重要因素,从氧化应激损伤角度有可能为急性肝衰竭治疗提供新的潜在靶点,值得进一步研究探索。Acute hepatic failure brings human health a lot of disadvantages. Its death rate was very high. Immune mediated liver injury and necrosis of liver cells by ad verse drug reaction were Main reason According to the research of acute hepatic failure (AHF) past years. But in this research we think that the liver oxidative stress reaction and injury is closely related to AHF. And we research the changes of oxidative stress reaction and in jury and antagonistic action of APE/Ref1 in AHF. We observed that the changes of oxidative stress reaction and injury and antagonistic action of APE/Ref1 were important in twohit to AHF, These works will be im portant to reveal the mechanism of AHF and provide a new idea and new way for therapy of AHF.
