谈品管圈活动在基础护理实验教学中的开展

摘　　要：为研究品管圈活动在基础护理学实验教学中的应用效果,在沈阳医学院2010级护理专业学生中随机选取2个班,分别做为实验组和对照组。实验组在基础护理实验教学中开展品管圈活动,对照组采用传统教学方法,最后对两组学生的实验考核成绩、学习能力等方面进行统计分析。结果显示,实验组学生的实验成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),说明在基础护理学实验教学中开展品管圈活动,能提高学生的实践水平和各项学习能力,促进教师和学生的综合素质的提高。In order to study the applicable effect of quality control circle activity in the experimental teaching of basicnursing, two classes are chosen randomly in the major of nursing in grade 2010 of Shenyang Medical College, as experimental group and control group respectively. Experimental group is developed quality control circle activity in the experimental teaching of basic nursing, and the control group is still used the traditional teaching method. Then finally it conducts statistic analysis on the experimental exam records and study ability between these two groups. The result shows that the experimental record is superior, compared with the control group, which shows that developing quality control circle activity in the experimental teaching of basic nursing can increase students＇ practical level and each study ability, as well as the increase of teachers＇ and students＇ comprehensive quality.
