谈技能大赛对高职实训的促进作用

摘　　要：全国技能大赛的举办是职业院校教育制度的一项创新,为加强和改进高职教育实训提供了一个平台。总结以抚顺职业技术学院近年参加全国化工类技能大赛的实际经验,从促进职业院校教师的师资队伍建设,提高学生实训兴趣和实训技能,改善实验室设备等几个方面阐述了技能大赛对高职院校实训的促进作用。The holding of national skills competitions is one innovation for education system in vocational colleges, andprovides a platform for strengthening and improving practical training in higher vocational education. Summarizing the practical experience of participating in national chemistry skills competition in recent years by Fushun Vocational Technology Institute, this .paper discusses the promoting function of skills competition for practical waining in higher vocational colleges from promoting the construction of teaching staff, increasing students＇ interest and skills of practical training, and improving experimental equipment.
