心理效应策略在大学生入学教育中的应用举隅

摘　　要：入学初期的引导教育对大学新生至关重要。辅导员要抓住时机,应用心理效应原理,制定出正确的策略。通过组建QQ平台、调适师生空间距离,缩短心理距离;培养出优秀的班长,建立起精干的班干队伍,加强安全教育,避免或减少新生遭受损失。具有前瞻性地开展工作,确保新生顺利渡过适应期,为今后学习、生活及成才打好基础。Guiding education is very important for freshmen in the early entrance. University counselors should make fight strategies and seize the opportunities. Such as, By forming the QQ platform, adjusting the teacher- student distance, short- ening the psychological distance, Selecting and training a qualified monitor to build a team capable class cadre, Strengthen safety education to avoid or reduce losses of freshmen. Forecasted work can help freshmen tide over the adjustuaem stage and lay a solid foundation for their future study, life and growth.
