摘　　要：地方高校教师职业生涯的发展是高校长期健康可持续发展的关键所在之一,它不仅关系到教师个人职业生涯的专业化成长的需要,更是形成以人为本管理和高校科学发展的需要。地方高校要结合实际,要在制订规划、科学评估、薪酬制度、教师培训、激励机制等方面创新工作,推进发展。The development of teacher＇s teaching career in new local college is one of the key on universities long-term health and sustainable development, It is not only related to the needs of the teachers＇ personal career growth of specialization, the formation of a people-oriented management and the needs of university scientific development. Local colleges and universities must be practical, They should be innovative on formulate planning,scientific assessment ,pay system, teacher training and incentives.
