摘　　要：持之以恒地培养和造就适应地方经济社会发展需要的一大批高端技能型人才,既是张家港市"十二五"率先基本实现现代化、全面推进创新发展和加快经济转型的必然要求,也是沙洲职业工学院面临的重要课题。培养不断适应地方经济和社会发展需要的高端技能型人才,就必须创新人才培养;创新人才培养必然要求人才培养模式的创新。针对过去、当前和今后一段时期张家港市对高端技能型人才的迫切需要,沙洲职业工学院不断深化人才培养模式改革,大力推进办学内涵建设。Sustainably cultivating and producing a large number of high technical talents who can adjust to the local economic development is not only the necessary need in the twelfth Five-Year-Plan period in which Zhangjiagang City takes the lead in accomplishing modernization, promotes all-round innovative development and accelerates economic transformation, but also an important subject which Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology is facing with. However, producing high technical talents who can adjust to the local economic development requires the innovation in cultivating the talents; Innovating in cultivating talents necessarily heeds innovation of talent-cultivation pattern. In order to meet Zhangjiagang＇s needs for high technical talents from the past through the present to the future, Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology should make continuous efforts to deepen the reform of talent-cultivating pattern and vigorously advance the construction of its connotation.
