摘 要:高校内部去行政化作为我国高等教育去行政化的重要方面,对其探讨具有重要意义。文章分析了高校内部行政化的内涵及表现,阐述了去行政化对高校内部组织的诉求是通过强化服务职能实现行政组织职能的转变,以尊重知识为高校内部组织设计的价值取向,并倡导从学习型组织构建的角度,重塑高校学术权力系统,构建扁平化、咨询化、开放化的高校内部学术组织系统。Internal de - administration is one important aspect of de - administration in higher education ot China. The discussion on solving the problem of internal de - administration is of great value. This paper ana- lyzes the connotation and situation of internal administration in universities. Administrative organizations trans- form function by strengthening service function, to respect knowledge as value orientation of the internal organ- ization designing. It expounds the appeal of internal organization to de - administration. Finally the author ad- vocates to reshape the academic power system of university, build counseling and open - ended internal aca- demic organization system and explore the new path of the internal de - administration in higher education from the view of learning organization construction.
