建设工程交易的研究范式

摘　　要：由于项目的复杂性、人的有限理性和合同的不完备性,承包人的利益目标与业主的利益目标不完全一致,承包人的"道德风险"、"逆向选择"难以避免,因此工程交易过程的交易费用不可忽略.以交易的视角研究工程建设的整个过程,需要建立一个统一的研究范式,包含最基本的研究思路和研究内容.以交易费用经济学为基础,建立了建设工程交易的研究范式,并以WSR方法论构建了工程交易模式和交易机制设计的研究框架.The transaction costs play an important role in construction project transaction, because of the complexity of project, bounded rationalityof people, incompleteness of contracts and the inconsistency of contractor and owner＇s targets as well as the contractor moral hazard＂ and ＂adverse selection＂ activities are difficult to avoid. To study the entire process of construction in the transaction perspective, it is needed to build an unified paradigm including the basic research methodology and content. In this paper, the research paradigm of transaction for construction project is established according to transaction costs economics, and the research framework of transaction patterns and transaction mechanism is established based on WSR methodology.
