高职高专外籍教师聘用效益研究——以广西崇左地区为例

摘　　要：高职高专院校聘请外籍教师担任外语教学工作,这对提高大学生外语学习兴趣及水平作用匪浅,但外教聘用效益的现状及所存在的问题也引人深思。通过对在校大学生外教执教的现状进行调查,发现外教聘用效益并未实现最大化,主要体现在课程教学面单一、教材的选择及对师资的培训方面,高职高专院校应针对此三方面加强建设。Foreign teachers are employed in higher vocational education since they can motivate the students＇ interest and improve their language proficiency effectively. But the benefits and problems of em- ploying foreign teachers are in question. The paper discovered that foreign teacher employment didn＇t a- chieve maximum benefits through investigating into the foreign teachers＇ teaching practice in Chongzuo re- gion, Guangxi province. The problem mainly embodies in teaching horizons, materials selection and facul- ty training.
