摘　　要：行政管理专业校企合作型的实践教学模式,其内涵主要是校内与校外相结合的教学方法、以基地实践教学课程为重点的教学内容和校企合作的教学体系。构建这一模式,能够确保实践教学的时间和效果,实现实践教学与理论教学的相互渗透和促进,培养学生的实践能力,并符合教育教学规律和人才成长规律。构建这一模式,需要构建一个校企合作的实践教学平台,建设一支专兼职相结合的实践教学指导教师队伍,建立一套实践教学质量的保障机制。The practice teaching Model of university-industry cooperation in administration major means to construct the teaching system by utilizing the resources inside and outside of school and focus on the practi- cal courses in the base. The model can ensure the time and effect of practice teaching, realize the interpen- etration and promotion between practice teaching and theory teaching, improve students＇ practical ability, and follow the law of education and talent development. To establish the model, it is necessary to build a platform of university-industry cooperation, a team of full-time and part-time tutors, and a mechanism of quality insurance.
