课外活动培养小学教育专业学生教学技能策略研究

摘　　要：学分制下小学教育本科专业要加强师范性、培养学生教学技能是个难题,课外活动是有效解决问题的途径之一。可通过组建学生社团、丰富校园文化活动、创新课外活动的内容与形式等加强学生教学技能的培养。Under the background of grade-based system, it is a problem to focus on teachers＇ quality and train teaching skills for students majoring in primary education. After-class activity is one of the effective solutions to it. It is practicable to develop students＇ teaching skills by establishing students＇ unions, enriching cultural activities on campus, diversifying the contents and forms of after-class activities.
