摘　　要：高校教务信息管理系统在提高教务管理工作效率方面起着重要的作用。但是,随着教务管理信息化的逐步深入,诸如教务信息管理建设理念落后、数据交换困难、基础信息准确性有待提高等问题也逐渐显现出来。因此,需要我们在更新教务信息管理理念,规范教务信息管理制度;统一数据交换标准,提高基础信息的准确性;灵活设计教务信息管理系统,完善相应的售后服务;进一步提高教务信息管理人员的整体素质等方面予以完善。College educational information management system is instrumental in the efficiency of educational administration. The outdated conceptions on the construction of educational information management, the difficulties of data exchange, and the inaccuracies of the basic information are the problems revealed gradually with the informatization of educational administration. Therefore, measures should be taken to solve the above problems by regulating educational information management institutions with new conceptions, unifying standards of data exchange to ensure the accuracy of basic information, flexibly designing the educa- tional information management system to perfect after - sale services and raising the overall quality of the academic information administrators.
