香港理工大学培育高技能应用型人才的几点经验和启示

摘　　要：香港理工大学一贯倡导以培育高技能应用型人才、发展高水平应用型科学研究为办学宗旨。香港理工大学秉承"成效为本"的教学理念,以校企合作为切入点,遵循"产学研融合",推行全人教育理念,提升学生综合素质和人文素养。这些做法对如何发展高职教育,提升内涵建设方面具有较高的推广价值和借鉴意义。The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has consistently advocated for the mission to cultivate high-skilled applied talents, and developed a high level of applied scientific research. Some aspects of the outcome-based teaching and learning, school-enterprise cooperation, integration of the production, education and research, the whole person education philosophy are practiced in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The above aspects have preferable promotion value and higher signifi- cance for the development of vocational education and promotion of the connotation construction.
