摘　　要：大学生是社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体。大学生活中,学生除了上课外,大部分时间是在寝室度过,寝室的氛围潜移默化地影响着大学生的成长。良好的生活环境及和谐融洽的寝室氛围,不仅关系大学生生活与学习的效果,也是当代大学生综合素质能力的侧面体现。因此,营造一个和谐、温馨的寝室氛围,促进寝室成员关系融洽,缔造丰富宿舍文化成为了学生管理及思想工作的根本出发点。College students are the new technology, new ideas in the forefront of groups. University students life, apart from outside, most of the time is spent in the bedroom, bedroom atmosphere influence character by environment influence on the growth of College students. A good living environment and harmonious dormitory atmosphere, not only the relations of college life and learning, but also the contemporary university students comprehensive ability aspect. Therefore, to create a hammnious, warm bedwom atmosphere, promote the bedroom member relations, to create a rich dormitory culture become the student management and ideological work be imperative fundamental starting point.
