摘　　要：加强集中连片特困地区扶贫开发是当前促进我国区域经济协调发展的重大战略举措。在阐释自组织理论与连片特困地区扶贫开发的自我发展机制基础上,以武陵山片区为例,从区域学习机制、内生增长机制、协同发展机制和外部保障机制等角度,分析连片特困地区扶贫开发的自我发展机制现状及存在的不足,提出建立多层次区域学习机制,大力培育区域内生增长机制,建立和完善区域发展主体和要素的协同机制,强化区域发展的外部保障机制等方面进一步推动武陵山片区自我发展机制创新,为连片特困地区扶贫攻坚提供强大动力和制度保障。Strengthen poverty alleviation and development on contiguous poor areas is a major strategic ininanve to promote the coordinated development of China＇s regional economic. A lot of studies have shown that self-organization theory has some explanatory power on self-development mechanism of regional poverty alleviation and development on contiguous poor areas. It＇ s backward are closely related with their self-organizing system functions. Based on the self-organization theory and poverty alleviation and development of Wu ling Mountain Area, from the point of view of the area learning mechanism, endogenous growth mechanism, collaborative development mechanism and external protection mechanism, analysis the status of self-development mechanism and shortcomings in the poverty alleviation and development of poor areas, and create a multi-level regional learning mechanism, strive to foster regional endogenous growth mechanism, establish and improve the regional development of the main .elements of the coordination mechanism, strengthening regional development of external protection mechanisms. It promoted the innovation development Mechanism in Wu ling Mountain area. It is a powerful driving force and an institutional guarantee for Anti-Poverty contiguous poor areas.
