摘  要:为解决城市快速路出口匝道区域交通拥堵局面,提出了快速路出口匝道关联信号交叉口配时模糊控制方法.以四相位信号交通控制为例,结合各相位车辆排队长度及延误设计了相位绿灯延时和相序优选优化两模糊控制器,分别实现了出口匝道下游辅路关联信号交叉口相序的优选及各相位绿灯时间的优化.应用MATLAB语言对两模糊控制器进行了程序设计与仿真.仿真结果表明:该方法在控制效果方面明显优于定时控制方案,可有效缓解或减少快速路出口匝道下游关联交叉口区域的交通拥堵局面.In order to alleviate traffic jams in the region of the urban expressway off-ramp and its associated inter- section at the surface street, a fuzzy control method of signal intersections downstream off-ramp is put forward. By designing two fuzzy controllers in the method, the overtime of green-light and the next phase order are opti- mized according to the queue lengths and the numbers of phase delay by taking four-phase traffic signal control- ling as an example. Simulation research based on MATLAB program design is carried out and the results show that the method is feasible and superior to the fixed time scenario for mitigating traffic jams caused by the irra- tional timing in the region of the urban expressway off-ramp and its associated intersections.
