摘　　要：近年来,高校困难学生资助工作逐步走上常态化、制度化、理论研究与实践工作相结合的轨道,同时也存在与学生个体发展需要不协同的问题,家庭经济困难学生有着其特有的经济需要、尊重的需要和发展的需要。文章以学生需要为立足点,从强化三种理念、完善三种措施、发挥三方面的作用入手,对构建困难学生个性化资助管理服务体系进行了探索与研究。In recent years, the subsidization for economic hardship students in universities has walked up normalized and institutionalized research in theory combined with practice. At the same time, the work is still found not to be adapted to the individual development of students with special needs in economy, respect and development. The article discusses the system of individual subsidizing management and service for economic hardship students in university by intensifying three ideas, perfecting three measures and exerting three effects.
