摘　　要：知识网络是知识管理领域的研究热点,虽然从其产生到现在仅有十几年的时间,但是国内外相关研究成果已层出不穷。为了全面了解知识网络的国内外研究现状并在此基础上把握其最新发展动态,首先从知识网络定义、知识网络分类、知识网络结构三个方面对知识网络的基础理论研究成果进行梳理和动态分析,然后从经济学模型、市场模型、结构模型以及超网络模型四个方面对知识网络的构建模型研究成果进行归纳和动态分析,最后从知识共享动因、知识共享过程、知识共享影响因素三个方面对知识网络的知识共享研究成果进行探讨和动态分析。As a research focus in the field of knowledge management, though its development from appearance to the present is only more than a decade, knowledge network＇s relevant research results at home and abroad are rich and continuously increasing. To wholly under- stand its research status and grasp its recent development trends, the fundamental theory research results and their dynamic analysis on knowledge network are hackled in three aspects, i.e. , definition, cIassification and structure. After that, the constructing model research results and their dynamic analysis on knowledge network are concluded in four aspects, i. e. , economics model, market model, structure model and super-network model. Finally, the knowledge sharing research results and their dynamic analysis on knowledge network are studied in three aspects, i.e. , motivation, procedure and influence factors.
