摘  要:教学活动是教与学的统一。教师不但要重视教法的改进,还要加强对学生学法的指导。有机化学理论分散、内容庞杂、反应繁多,学生普遍反映易懂难记。教师应指导学生注重理论基础的学习,抓住内在规律,从正反两方向记忆反应,重视习题训练,经常进行知识的分类、比较、归纳、总结,有效提高有机化学的学习效果。Teaching should be consistent with learning. Being a teacher, he should pay attention to not only improving his teaching approach but also guiding his student's learning habits. Organic chemistry, characterized by dispersed theories, complicated content and numerous reactions, is easy to understand but difficult to master. Teachers should instruct students to think highly of basic theories, stick to the inherent rules, memorize reactions from the positive and the reverse as well. Students should lay stress on exercise training practice and do summaries constantly to enhance the learning effect of organic chemis- try.
