与大学生“服务学习”实践模式相结合的“治未病中心”运作模式研究

摘　　要：在现代医学背景及国内医疗现状下,国家着力推进中医保健服务与中医"治未病"工作,但目前治未病中心建设存在诸多难点。作为高等医学院校应充分发挥自身优势,与社区合作建立"治未病中心",以弥补现有"治未病中心"运作模式的不足,探索"治未病"预防保健服务工作有效的实现途径,为"治未病"预防保健服务工作向社区推进和我国医药卫生体制改革的深入提供思路。该模式对思考如何体现、发挥高等医学院校在医改中的价值和作用也具有一定的启示意义。Objective： Under the back ground of modern medicine and the current development of medicine, the health care and ＂Disease prevention ＂ of TCM were promoted. But there are much difficulty in the construction of ＂Disease preven- tion center＂ . The higher medical colleges should take advantage of their superiority and cooperate with the community to builded ＂Disease prevention center＂, compensate the shortage of current operation mode of ＂Disease prevention center＂ and ex- plore the effective way for health care of ＂Disease prevention＂, in order to offer resolution to the community development of health of ＂Disease prevention ＂ and the reform development of medical, health care system. This operation mode is of enlight- ening for higher medical colleges to play their value and function in the reform of medical, health care system.
