摘　　要：为提高重组大肠杆菌生产L-色氨酸的产量,减少乙酸和色素的生成,考察了比生长速率的梯度控制和溶氧的分阶段控制对生产L-色氨酸的影响。在确定了合适的工艺控制后,L-色氨酸的产量提高为41.8g/L,比工艺优化前提高了30%。In order to further improve the production of L - tryptophan produced by the recotnbinant Escherichia coli, and to decrease the formation of byproduct including acetate acid and pigment, the control strategies for the specific growth rate and the dissolve oxygen on L- tryptophan production were carefully investigated and the optimum process control method was de- veloped. Under the optimum conditions,the titer of L -trptophan achieved at 41.8 g/L,higher 30% than that of the control.
