摘  要:战国中晚期学术融合的潮流,不仅催生了黄老道家和先秦杂家这样兼摄百家之学的学派;反过来,先秦杂家在战国晚期和西汉前期又推动和引领了诸子百家杂家化融合的潮流。先秦杂家充当了先秦子学与汉代经学之间学术转型的主要载体和媒介,西汉诸子学的学术成就不仅打上黄老道家的烙印,更多的则是杂家化之后的产物。《淮南子》代表了西汉杂家最高的学术成就,《春秋繁露》则是西汉杂家儒学化后最为成熟、完美的产物。The mixing trend of academic research,in the middle and late period of the Warring States gave birth to comprehensive schools such as Huang-lao Taoist school and Pre-Qin Eclectics. What' s more, Pre-Qin Eclectics during the period of late Warring States and the early years of the Han Dynasty led to the mixing trend of eclecticism for various schools of thought and their exponents. Pre-Qin Eclectic school is a major carrier and media of knowledge and thoughts between the Philosophers' learning in the Pre-Qin peri- od and the Classic Study in the Han Dynasty. Therefore, the academic achievements of various schools of thought and their exponents have not only explicit symbol of Huang-lao Taoist school, but more of the products of eclecticism. Huainanzi is the representative of the highest achievement of the early Han Eclectics, and meanwhile Chun Qiu Fan Lu is the most sophisticated and perfect achievement of Confucianism after eclecticism.
