摘  要:为明确沼肥和化肥配合施用对苹果品质的影响,以18年生红富士苹果树为试材,研究了沼肥与化肥配施对苹果果实中还原糖、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸的影响,并据此筛选出了沼肥配施化肥的最佳配方和施用剂量。结果表明:沼肥配施化肥可显著提高果实中还原糖和可溶性糖含量,其中还原糖含量分别比单施化肥(CK)、单施沼肥(C)处理提高35.505%~41.477%、19.540%~24.808%,可溶性糖含量分别提高21.336%~38.195%、11.310%~26.776%;而且,沼肥与化肥配施还可显著改善固酸比和糖酸比。每株基肥:0.30kg尿素+0.20kg过磷酸钙+20.00kg沼液+30.00kg沼渣;追肥:0.30kg尿素+0.20kg硫酸钾+35.00kg沼液的效果最好,有利于苹果果实品质的提高,适于推广应用。The present experiment was carried out to study the effect of integrated application ot biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on reducing sugar, soluble sugar,soluble solids and titra- table acid in apple. The results showed that there was a promoting effect of combined application of biogas fertilizer with chemical fertilizer on the content of reducing sugar and soluble sugar, ratio of solid to acid and ratio of sugar to acid. The content of reducing sugar in the treatment of integrated application of biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer increased by 35. 505 %-41. 477 % and 19. 540 ^- 24. 808 %, respectively, compared with single application of inorganic fertilizer and single application of biogas manure, and the content of soluble sugar increased by 21. 336%- 38. 195% and 11. 310%-26. 776% ,respectively. 0.30 kg urea,0.20 kg superphosphate, 20. 00 kg biogas slurry and 30.00 kg biogas residue per plant were used as base fertilizer,and 0. 30 kg urea, 0. 20 kg potassium sulfate and 35.00 kg biogas slurry per plant were applied as topdressing ferti- lizer,which could improve the quality of apple and should be popularized.
