摘  要:基于在硝酸介质中,β-环糊精对硒催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应具有增敏作用,建立了测定硒的催化动力学光度法,灵敏度较不加~环糊精的方法提高了2.5倍。测定硒的线性范围:0~40μg/L,检出限为0.381μg/L,加标回收率为98.87%,6次测定的RSD小于5%。用于富硒大米中硒的测定,结果令人满意。A catalytic kinetic photometric method for determination of trace selenium ( 1 V) with I3-CD as sensiti -zer has been developed.The method is based on the fact that the color fading reaction of rhodamine B oxidized by potassium bromate in dilute HNO3 solution is catalyzed by selenium (1V). The addition of β-CD increases the sensitivity of selenium by a factor of 2.5.The linear range for determination of selenium is 0-40 μg/L with detec- tion limit of 0.381 μg/L.The recovery of standard addition is 98.87 % with precision of〈5% RSD (n=6). The method has been applied to the determination of trace selenium (IV) in selenium rice with satisfactory re- suits.
