摘  要:古尼拟青霉和中国被毛孢分别是古尼虫草与冬虫夏草的无性型。将古尼拟青霉和中国被毛孢进行液体深层培养,测定并比较2种虫草菌丝体的氨基酸含量与组成。结果表明,中国被毛孢菌丝体与古尼拟青霉菌丝体的氨基酸总量差异不明显,但古尼拟青霉的人体必需氨基酸和芳香族氨基酸与中国被毛孢相比分别高出17.6%和25.4%,而中国被毛孢菌丝体的儿童必需氨基酸和胱氨酸的含量是古尼拟青霉的2倍多,二者的鲜味类氨基酸含量一致。以期为2种虫草保健食品的开发与质量标准制定具有一定参考价值。HirsuteUa sinensis and Paecilomyces gunnii are the anamorph of the entomopathogenic fungus Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps gunnii. The mycelia of these two strains are collected by liquid submerged fermentation and their amino acid contents are determined and analyzed. It is showed that the difference between the total amino acids contents and delicious amino acids in two strians are no significance. But P. gunnii contains more essential amino acids and aromatic amino acids than H. sinensis, with the increase of 17.6% and 25.4%, respectively. While the contents of children's essential amino acid and cystine contents in H. sinensis are two times as much as than those in P. gunnii. This paper has important value for the development and the establishment of the quality standard of these two tonic entomopathogenic fungus food.
