我国古代诗歌中的涉老思考

摘　　要：文章从我国大量古代诗歌作品中,搜罗了古代诗人关于老年养生的诗作,将其老年养生经验概括为老当有所学、老当有所为、老当有所思、老当有所乐、老当有所忌五条,并对其进行了举例论述,以期对现代老年养生有所启发和裨益。The paper, based on a lot of Chinese ancient poems, collects some ancient poets＇ works about the elderly health care and summarizes the elderly＇ experiences of keeping good health into five points ： keeping learning, doing something, thinking about something, looking for joy, and knowing something unable to be done, etc. These ideas are discussed and analyzed by the ex- amples so that they will enlighten and benefit the modern old people for their good health.
