摘  要:全国中小学教师教育技术水平考试(NTET)是评估中小学教师教育技术应用能力和促进教师专业化发展的一种重要的定量评价手段。从命题特点、命题质量和可行性看,NTET模板命题是主客观因素相互结合的产物。根据模板要素的构成,命题模板可以划分为试卷模板和题型模板两种类型。同传统命题相比较,模板命题在命题、审题和校对等方面都有独特之处。模板命题有助于提高命题质量和维护考试公平,具有广阔的应用前景。National Teacher's Skill of Applied Educational Technology in Secondary and Elementary School (NTET) is an important quantitative evaluation approach that assesses the applied educational technology ability of teachers in the primary and secondary schools for promoting their professional developments. From the perspective of characteristic, quality and possibility, template-based test design in NTET combines the objective and subjective factors. According to the composition of template elements, the templates of test design can be classified into two types: template of test papers and template of question types. Compared with the traditional test designs, the process of the template-based test design is special in designing, censoring and proofreading. Template-based test design can improve the quality of test design and maintain the fair of test, so it has a broad application prospect.
