摘　　要：新时代对大学生的素质要求越来越高,实践能力和创新能力作为大学生的一项重要的基本素质,在人才培养和市场竞争中的作用越来越凸显。实施素质教育则是培养大学生实践能力与创新能力的立足点和突破点。针对目前高校大学生实践能力和创新能力培养的现状,对实施素质教育模式下如何培养大学生实践能力和创新能力进行相关探讨。传统的教育模式、教学内容和教学方法、创新和科研机制制约了大学生实践能力和创新能力的培养,增强素质教育观念、改革教学体制、创建创新科研平台、建立评估制度和激励政策是培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的有效途径。In view of the practical ability and innovation ability of current university students, this paper discussed the improvement of the practical and innovation capability of the university students in quality education. It elaborated on the fact that the traditional education mode, education content and means, innovation and research system restrict the cultivation of the practice ability and innovation ability of college students. It pointed out that the strengthening of quality education, the reform of educational system, the establishment of innovational research platforms, and the construction of evaluation system and encouragement policy could effectively cultivate the practice ability and innovation ability of university students.
