摘　　要：随着经济的发展,新医改政策的不断深入,我国的卫生事业开始面临着越来越多的挑战,并对卫生管理者的素质、知识、技能也提出了更高的要求。文章以管理者的胜任力为理论基础,构建卫生管理者综合能力体系框架,并提出相应的院校培养措施,有效的改善卫生管理专业学生培养中存在的不足,为培养未来卫生管理人才提供条件,达到优化卫生管理队伍,提高卫生管理水平的目的。With the development of economy, the deepening of the policy of the new health care reform, China＇ s health service began to he faced with more and more challenges, and higher requirements have he raised to health managers in the way of the quality, knowledge and skills. According to the manager competency theory to build the framework of the comprehensive capacity about health managers, and raising the corresponding institution-building measures, to effectively improve health management cultivation deficiencies, provide the conditions for the future health management talent, optimize health management team, and improve the level of health management.
