摘 要:目的:探讨应用培训手册进行儿科新护士规范化培训的效果及其在促进新护士角色转变过程中的作用。方法:便利选取50名儿科新护士分成干预组与对照组,干预组按照《儿科新护士培训手册》实施多导师带教、分阶段培训、多形式教学和阶段考核,对照组按传统方法培训,比较两组新护士培训前、后护理部考核成绩,培训后患者满意度、医生和护士团队满意度及新护士自我满意度。结果:护理部考核成绩、患者满意度、医生和护士团队满意度及新护士自我满意度干预组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用培训手册实施儿科新护士规范化培训,可以提高新护士的工作能力,促进新护士角色转变,使其快速胜任儿科临床护理工作。Objective: To explore the effect of the raining handbook for new pediatric nurses in the standard training and the significance in facilitating the roles transform for new nurses. Methods: A total of 50 new nurses were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. According to the training handbook for new pediatric nurses, multi mentors tutoring, stage training, flexible teaching and periodical examination were performed in the intervention group. The traditional training was performed in the control group. The results of examinations and satisfaction rates at pre-training and post-training were compared. Results: Scores of the assessment, patients' satisfaction, medical and nursing team satisfaction and new nurses' self- satisfaction were higher in the intervention group compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of the training handbook in standard training can improve the capability of the new nurse, enhance the roles transform and enable the new nurse to be competent for pediatric nursing.
