军队老年干部病区护士对基础护理知识的认知及实施现状

摘　　要：目的了解军队老年干部病区护士对基础护理知识的认知及实施现状,分析护士基础护理中存在的问题,以便采取有效的对策,进一步推动基础护理的落实,以提高护理综合质量。方法便利抽样法选择2009年1-4月某三级甲等综合性医院老年干部病区15个临床科室中115名临床护士为研究对象。自行设计问卷对其进行基础护理知识的认知状况及实施现状调查。结果 89.6%的护士认同基础护理是各科临床护理的基础,但对基础护理的概念、内涵和基础护理在临床工作中的重要性认识不足。仅17.4%的护士为患者处理大、小便,为基础护理各项工作中实施情况最差者;而有83.5%的护士记录患者的出、入量,为基础护理各项工作中实施情况最好者。护士对工作中承担的最基本角色尚未充分认识。88.7%的护士认为基础护理的收费低,是基础护理不到位的原因。结论护士对基础护理知识认知的整体水平有待进一步提高、护士对基础护理中应承担的角色认知尚存在不足、护士对实施基础护理的消极态度,是不利于基础护理实施的主要原因,也是阻碍基础护理落实的重要原因。Objective To know nurses＇understanding and practice of basic nursing for geriatric patients in army officers＇ wards,and to analyze the existing problems in basic nursing, so as to carry out basic nursing and improve the quality of nursing. Methods From January to April in 2009,115 nurses from 15 clinical departments of a grade-Ⅲ level-A hospital were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire on the nur- ses＇understanding and practice of basic nursing. Results Totally 89.6% of the nurses regarded basic nurs- ing as the basis for clinical nursing, however, they were lack of the awareness of the concepts, connotation and crucial role of basic nursing. Only 17.4%of the nurses thought that they should handle patients＇ uri- nary and fecal discharges and which was the worst implemented nursing in basic nursing. 83.5 % of nurses documented the fluid input and output, which was the best implemented nursing in basic nursing. The nur- ses didn＇t fully realize their basic concentrated role in clinical nursing practice. And 88.7% of the nurses attributed the inadequate basic nursing to its low charges. Conclusion Further improvement of the overall level of awareness on basic nursing,the cognitive deficiency in the role of basic nursing as well as the nega- tive attitude of basic nursing are the major factors conducive to the implementation of basic nursing and the important reason hindering the implementation of basic nursing.
