摘  要:研究了吉烟九号在延边不同地区生长发育过程中烟叶多酚物质及其相关酶活性的变化,结果表明:烟叶中的绿原酸含量在叶龄60 d时达到峰值,之后出现小幅下降,在叶龄90 d时达到最大;芸香苷和莨菪亭在叶龄60 d时达到最大值,芸香苷在小幅下降后又上升,莨菪亭则持续下降;烟叶中多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性在叶龄60 d时达到最高,此后逐渐降低,POD在叶龄90 d后仍有较高活性,敦化烟叶的多酚物质含量最高,汪清次之,龙井最低。The changes of polyphenols and related enzyme activities in the leaf of tobacco variety Jiyan No. 9 during its growth and development in different districts of Yanbian were studied. The results showed that the ehlorogenic acid content in tobacco leaf arrived to peak value when the leaf age was 60 days, then it had a slight decrease, and reached the maximum at 90 days leaf - age. The contents of rutin and seopoletin all reached the maximum at 60 days leaf - age ; after that, the content of rutin first increased slightly and then decreased, while the content of scopoletin continued to decline. The activities of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase (POD) reached the maximum at 60 days leaf- age, and then declined gradually; POD still had a higher activity at 90 days leaf- age. For the content of polyphenols in tobacco leaf, Dunhua, Wangqing and Longjing decreased in succession.
