摘　　要：采用模式分离与直线法相结合 ,对对称型宽边耦合共面波导的色散特性进行了分析 ,发现在宽频带范围内其色散性较弱 。Using the method of lines and separation of even/odd mode,the dispersion characteristics of the broadside coupled coplanar waveguide are analyzed in this paper.It is found that the structure has a very weak dispersion in the wide frequency band.The theoretical basis is laid for the application of the broadside coupled coplanar waveguide in a three dimensional microwave integrated circuit and using quasi static TEM approach to analyze and design the circuit in wide frequency band.
