摘　　要：本文结合《商务谈判与礼仪》课程教学实践,分析了该课程的特点和教学的现状,提出了在商务谈判与礼仪教学过程中的若干方法,总结了模拟实训教学在《商务谈判与礼仪》课程中的做法和体会。Taking into accounts its teaching practice,this writing has analyzed the characteristics and status quo of this course,and offered many a method in the teaching process.Also,the author has concluded some Dos and thoughts on simulated practice teaching of this course.
