摘  要:伴随着社会经济的发展,人民大众对优质教育的渴求日益强烈,与此同时,要求师德建设水平有一个相应的提高。办好当代教育,知识是本,师德是魂。站在科教兴国、人才强国战略的高度,充分认识现阶段加强和改进师德建设的现实意义。我们能否受益于这些变化,最终将取决于我国教育的发展水平,而教育水平的提高又离不开一支具备良好教师职业道德的教工队伍。发展和创新师德建设的新内容,才能把师德建设推向更高水平,从而推动我国教育事业的发展。With the development of social economy, the demand of the high quality of education has become increasingly intense. Meanwhile, the construction of teachers' ethics should be improved correspondingly. For the success of contemporary education, knowledge should be the basis and ethics the soul. Standing on tile height of the people-centered scientific concept of development, the revitalization of the nation through science and educa- tion and the talent powerful nation, the understanding of practical significance of building the morality of teachers should be reinforced. Whether we benefit from these changes mainly depends on the degree of education in Chi- na, and the teaching team with morality can be inevitable in educational development. The content of teachers' ethics should be developed and innovated to a higher lever so as to promote the development of education in China.
