摘 要:目的探讨模拟情境病例教学在培养学生自主学习能力中的应用与效果。方法将60名护理本科生分为实验组28名和对照组32名。实验组将模拟情境病例教学应用于各教学环节,对照组采用传统教材内容为主的教学,期末比较两组学生的考核成绩及组织学生座谈会。结果实验组成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),两组学生考核成绩各等级分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。座谈会反映实验组学生的自主学习与小组管理能力有所提高。结论在护理学基础课程教学中采用模拟情境病例教学,不仅有利于提高教学效果,而且能促进学生自主学习和管理能力的提高,从而拓宽学生的知识视野,并提升专业素质。Objective To explore the application and effects of simulated scene case study on cultivating students' self - directed learning. Methods A total of 60 nursing undergraduates were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Simulated scene ease study was inplemented in the course through all teaching processes in the experimental group, while traditional teaching was used in the control group. The final scores of both groups were compared and a meeting was hold to collect students' feedbacks. Results The final score of experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( p 〈 0.01 ), the grade distribution of the two groups of students' examination scores was also different ( P 〈0. 05 ). Students in the experimental group reported that their abilities of self- directed learning and team management were improved. Conclusion The implementation of simulated scene case study can help improve the teaching efficiency and students' self- directed learning and management ability, thus broaden their vision and enhance their professional qualities.
