摘　　要：当代护理教育面临教育对象及护理对象文化背景多元化特征。教学中,应根据教学及护理对象的文化差异,以跨文化护理理论为指导,对护理教育的课程设置、教学方法和考核方式进行改革,以灌输学生跨文化护理理念,培养具有跨文化护理意识,适应社会需求的复合型护理人才。Nowadays, nursing education faced embarrass of both nursing students and patients from multi-culture back- grounds. Therefore, cultural diversity should be fully considered in teaching program. Directed by trans-cultural nursing theory, reformation of nursing education in curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation mode was designed to help students gain trans-cultural awareness and satisfy social requirements.
