摘 要:以特种钢结构运输车车架为研究对象,建立车架有限元模型,分析确定车架弯曲应力、扭转应力和一阶模态对厚度的灵敏度.基于最优化理论,以车架材料厚度为设计变量,车架总体积为目标函数,强度和一阶频率为约束条件,建立车架优化数学模型.应用结构优化软件OptiStruct对车架各设计变量进行尺寸优化.A finite element model for the vehicle frame was established on the basis of a special-steel semi trailer frame structure, and the sensitivity of its bending stress, torsional stress and first-order model to the thickness of the frame structure was analyzed. Based on the optimization theory, with the thickness of the frame as the design variable, the volume of the frame as the objective function, and the strength and first natural frequencies as the constraint conditions, an optimized parameter model of the frame was es- tablished. The sizes of various design parameters of the frame were optimized using Optistruct software.
