摘　　要：为了解决农业科技人才规格与社会需求相适应问题,通过Amos7软件,以1809个样本数据为基础,构建了包括4个潜变量、23个观测变量的结构方程模型,以农业大学为例通过路径分析新时期农业科技人才培养规格的影响因素及提升路径。In order to solve the problem of agricultural science and technology personnel specifications meeting the social demand, on the basis of 1809 samples, this article constructed a structural equation model which consists of 4 latent variables, and 23 observed variable by Amos7 software, analyzed the influencing factors and the promoting path of agricultural science and technology talents training specification for the case of agricultural universities.
