摘　　要：目的探讨髓母细胞瘤中β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、血管内皮生长因子受体-2(Vascular endothelia growth factorreceptor-2,VEGFR-2)和SUFU(Suppressor of fused)的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测33份髓母细胞瘤和10份瘤旁正常小脑组织中β-catenin、VEGFR-2和SUFU的表达情况,并分析三者之间表达的相关性。结果33份髓母细胞瘤组织中,β-catenin、VEGFR-2和SUFU的阳性率分别为66.7%(22/33)、87.9%(29/33)和30.3%(10/33),正常小脑组织中的阳性率分别为10%(1/10)、10%(1/10)和90%(9/10),髓母细胞瘤中3种蛋白的表达与正常小脑组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);髓母细胞瘤中β-catenin与VEGFR-2的表达呈正相关,与SUFU的表达呈负相关。结论β-catenin、VEGFR-2和SUFU与髓母细胞瘤的发生发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions β-catenin, vascular endothelia growth factor receptor-2 （VEGFR-2） and suppressor of fused （SUFU） in medulloblastoma as well as their relationship. Methods The expressions of β-catenin, VEGFR-2 and SUFU in 33 medulloblastoma tissue samples and 10 adjacent normal cerebellar tissue samples were determined by immunohistochemical staining, between which the relationship was analyzed. Results The positive rates of 13-catenin, VEGFR-2 and SUFU in medulloblastoma tissue were 66. 7%（22/33）, 87. 9%（29/33） and 30. 3% （ 10/33）, while those in normal cerebellar tissue were 10%（ 1 / 10）, 10%（ 1 / 10） and 90%（9/10）, respectively, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. However, in medulloblastoma tissue, the expression of β-catenin was positively related to that of VEGFR-2, while was negatively related to that of SUFU. Conclusion β-catenin, VEG- FR-2 and SUFU were closely related to the onset and progress of medulloblastoma.
