摘 要:试验以32只60日龄朗德鹅为研究对象,测定其在填饲前期、中期和末期肝重及肝脏营养成分的变化规律。结果表明:填饲中后期肝重及肝体比极显著增加(P<0.01),而填饲前期与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);随着填饲时间的延长,肝脏水分和蛋白含量逐渐下降而粗脂肪含量逐渐升高;填饲末期和对照组朗德鹅肝脏脂肪酸组成存在较大差异,填饲后油酸、棕榈油酸、棕榈酸含量显著升高(P<0.01),而硬脂酸、亚油酸含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。The experiment assessed 32 Landes geese at 60 days of age and compared the liver weight and nutrient composition in three overfeeding stages. The results demonstrated that the ratio of liver weight and body weight was increased significantly (P〈0.01) in the middle and later overfeeding period, while there was no significant difference (P〉0.05) between the early overfeeding and the control group. During the overfeeding period, content of water and crude protein was decreased, while the crude fat was increased significantly. There were also significant differences in fatty acid composition of goose liver between the later overfeeding and the control group. And after overfeeding, there was a significant increase in the concentrations of oleic acid,palmitoleic acid and palmitic acid (P〈0.01),but a significant decrease in the stearic acid and linoleic acid (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ).
